I gained a Masters degree in Dental Medicine from the Medical University in Plovdiv , Bulgaria in 2007. My journey at The Croft began in June 2019 as an Associate Dentist, and I have been enjoying every day at this dental practice ever since. In the end of 2023 a new chapter of my professional life started and I had the rare opportunity to become the owner and the Principal Dentist of The Croft! Exciting times ahead!

Yihan is another lovely Dentist our patients have the pleasure to meet at The Croft Dental practice in Rustington. He qualified from King's College London in 2018 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Associate of King's College. In early 2024, Yihan rejoined the practice as an Associate general Dentist, where he provides exceptional dental care in Rustington. Known for his calm and relaxed working style, patients often comment on his singing while he works, as he believes music plays a key role in helping reduce stress during visits to the Dentist. Outside of the Practice, Yihan travels extensively across the UK and abroad as a Bachata dancer and teacher.

Nisar is a highly qualified implant dentist with over two decades of experience. He graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2001 and has been practising dentistry in East Sussex since 2007.
In 2016, he earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute (UCL), graduating with distinction. He holds MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (2011) and MJDF from the Royal College of Surgeons of England (2012).
Nisar continually updates his skills through CPD in implant surgery and aesthetic dentistry, both in the UK and internationally. In 2024, he completed an advanced surgical programme in full-arch implant rehabilitation and zygomatic implants in Brazil, under the mentorship of Alexander Salvoni. He also holds a Certificate in Digital Implant Dentistry (2021, Brighton and Sussex Medical School), enabling fully digital workflows for implant restorations.
He takes a transparent, patient-centred approach to consultations, routinely using clinical photography and intraoral scanning to help patients understand their treatment options clearly.
Outside of dentistry, Nisar enjoys landscape and drone photography, capturing the natural world from both ground and sky. He has a passion for travelling and exploring new cultures, and enjoys the freedom of motorcycling.

Suzanne Harris, one of our long-standing Hygienists atThe Croft Dental Practice, has been with us since it was originally known as The Croft in 2011. She qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 1999 from the Eastman Dental Hospital in London.
With a focus on excellent dental care in Rustington, Suzanne is dedicated to providing the highest patient`s satisafction. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two grown-up daughters, and a dog. This is why she loves walking, along with kayaking, running, going to the gym, or sea swimming.

"I joined The Croft Dental Practice in 2021. Qualifying in Dental Hygiene Therapy in 1994/2007, I furthered my education by obtaining a Master’s degree in Dental Public Health in 2014.
My aim is to ensure that each patient receives personalized dental care in a friendly, relaxed manner, building mutual trust and respect.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my adult children and two dogs. I love gardening, reading, walking, and visiting the theatre.

Megan qualified from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Dental Hygiene.
Megan enjoys building a rapport with her patients and creating a calm, comfortable environment. She finds it particularly rewarding to help nervous patients overcome their fears and feel more at ease during their visits.
Outside of work, Megan cherishes spending quality time with her family and daughter, as well as gardening.

Jo has worked as a dental nurse for 26 years. She joined the team at The Croft in 2020 as a Nurse, and in the last 2 years, she has been heading up the Reception team as lead Receptionist. When not at work, Jo likes to spend her time riding her motorbike in the UK and abroad, as well having a great time with her family and friends. .

Jackie started her career in dentistry as a nurse in 1979 and has been with The Croft since its start. After taking a break for grandparenting duties, she returned to work as a Receptionist in 2024. She likes to spend quality time with her husbands , grandchildren and her friends.

Dawn is an experienced Practice Manager with over 35 years in the dentistry industry, specializing in areas such as cosmetic dentistry and family dentistry. With a comprehensive understanding of NHS Dentist services, private dental care, compliance, and operational leadership, they play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice.
As a qualified teacher of adult education and accredited assessor, Dawn is passionate about helping individuals grow in confidence and capability, while continually improving the systems that enable the team to thrive.
Approachable and solutions-focused, Dawn is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for and the dental team feels supported to deliver their very best dental care in Rustington.
