"I qualified from Medical University Cluj-Napoca as Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2014 and joined The Croft Dental practice in 2021. I feel grateful to be part of such a fantastic and caring dental team.
Providing treatments with a caring nature, understanding a patient’s individual needs and motivations has enabled me so far to achieve my patient's oral health goals and provide a gentle and comfortable experience.
My ethos is to treat patients the way I would like to be treated: with professionalism, empathy and dedication.
As a general dentist, I provide all range of dental treatments, from single tooth cases to full mouth rehabilitations. Dental aesthetics is the aspect I feel most passionate about, with a preventative and minimal invasive approach.
My passion is cosmetic dentistry and Botox treatment.
Aside from dentistry, I enjoy travelling, practicing piano playing and spending quality time with my husband and our two little boys."

Dr Yihan Miao, BDS
Yihan is another lovely Dentist our patients have the pleasure to meet at The Croft Dental practice - Rustington .
Yihan qualified from King's College London in 2018 with a Batchelor of Dental Surgery and Associate of King's College. He rejoined the practice as an associate general dentist at the start of 2024. Yihan has a calm and relaxed working style, patients often comment on him singing during working as he believes music is a key element in helping patients reducing stress when visiting the dentist. Outside of the practice, he travels extensively across UK and abroad as a Bachata dancer and a teacher.

Suzanne Harris ,one of our long standing Hygienists.
"I joined Croft Dental when it was originally The Croft back in 2011, I qualified as a dental hygienist back in 1999 from the Eastman Dental Hospital London.
I’m married with two grown up daughters and a dog which is why I enjoy walking as well as kayaking, running, gym or sea swimming."

"I joined The Croft Dental Practice in 2021. Qualifying in Dental Hygiene Therapy in 1994/2007. In 2014 I gained a master's degree in Dental Public Health. My career has been extensive and varied both clinically and academically. Working in Universities, specialist hospital settings and general practice.
My aim is to ensure that each patient is cared for by considering their individual needs in a friendly, relaxed manner. Building mutual trust and respect.
In my personal life I enjoy spending time with my adult children, and two dogs. I love gardening, reading, walking, and the theatre."

Megan Fleming
GDC: 288462 BSc (Hons) in Dental Hygiene
Megan qualified from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Before this, Megan worked as a dental care professional for 6 years and has gained experience in both NHS and private practice, including emergency dental services.
Megan enjoys building a rapport with her patients and creating a calm, comfortable environment. She finds it especially rewarding to help nervous patients overcome their fears and feel more at ease during their visits.
Outside of work, Megan cherishes spending quality time with her family and daughter as well as gardening.

Sarah has been at the Croft since 2003, qualifying as a dental nurse in 2004. She enjoys all aspects of nursing. She has 2 grown up sons and 2 dogs and enjoys spending time with family and going on long dog walks .

Sadie Pelham
Sadie is a trainee dental nurse who is passionate about learning new skills and expanding her knowledge within the dental field as she work towards building a long and rewarding career in dentistry. Outside of work, Sadie loves spending quality time with my family and friends, as they are very important to me, also enjoying travelling whenever she can.
Reception team & Practice manager
Jo Parker
Jo has worked as a dental nurse for 26 years. She joined the team at The Croft in 2020 as a nurse and in the last 2 years she has been heading up the reception team as lead receptionist. When not at work Jo likes to spend her time riding her motorbike in the UK and abroad and socialising with her family and friends.
Gill Ayling
"I have worked at The Croft for more than 20 years.In various roles, for the last 10 years, I have worked on Reception. in my spare time,I enjoy holidaying with my family, and going out and socializing with my friends. "
Jackie-Lee Laker
Jackie started her career in dentistry, as a nurse in 1979 and has been with The Croft since its start. After taking a break for grandparenting duties, she returned to work, as a Receptionist, in 2024. She likes to spend her spare time enjoying quality time with her husband and grandchildren and socialising with her friends.
